Here is a small piece on my visit to London`s Impact Hubs during December 3-8, 2016
There two major things on whichI could deeply reflect by the end of the visit:
1) We spent so much time on trying to understand, learn, imitate, bring experience of other existing hubs, that we forgot about reflecting and understanding what kind of hub we want to create. I was again out back into the thinking that the team with its core values and vision it has for a change will attract the same community. So it is very much about understanding and clarifying your own values and vision, being firm to them and building the experience accordingly.
We could clearly see to what extent hubs in one city are different from one another, because they reflect the moods, vision, habits, values of the core team.
